Orders and Returns
Our products are made by hand in small batches, and packaged individually. We strive to meet our customers needs and expectations to the best of our abilities. Occasionally we may need additional production and fulfillment time during high demand seasons, or for specialty items.
In-Store Pick-up Orders: We can usually fulfill orders with in 2 business days, however peak demand for the holidays will extend that to 5 business days. You will receive a fulfillment notice by email when your order is ready to pick-up.
Shipping Orders: Please allow up to 5 business days for processing, production, and shipment. We ship using best rate of United Parcel Service or Priority USPS service. You can expect to receive an email containing tracking information upon shipment. Please make note Express or Next Day service is not available through our website, please call us at 307-234-6283 if you require Express Service.
